Niranjan Plastics

1959 Niranjan Plastics was started by Mr.Rattanlal Sud from a small shop floor in 1959 with plastic processing and manufacturing facility.
1967 Foundation of Plastics Processing Machines Division. Introduction of conventional Horizontal Plunger and Screw type injection moulding machine with sophisticated controls. The machines manufactured were simple to operate & were based on conventional contactor analog logic system in open and closed loop circuits. The Machines were strictly manufactured as per our designs developed by our R&D team.
1974 Manufacturing of HMW/HDPE carboys and jerrycans in single layer Blow Moulding on indegineously manufactured machine.
1979 Manufacturing of HMW/HDPE Carboys and jerrycans in Co-extruded Double layer construction :- First in India. Blow moulding machine required for the manufacture of carboys were manufactured by us and design for the same were the result of Niranjan's continuous effort of our R&D team. Indiastar - 79 awarded from Indian Institute of Packaging for our 60 Litres Wide Mouth Barrel for Exports of Pickles.
1980 Special Purpose light weight carboys developed: Open Mouth Series. Screw Type Series.
1985 Udyog Patra awarded to Mr.Rattanlal Sud by Hon'ble Vice President Shri R. Venkataraman as a Self Made Industrialist from Institute of Trade and Industrial Development.
1988 Introduction of Vertical Screw Type Injection moulding machine for achiving better quality in processing: another first in India. Introduction of Plastic Processing Machines with PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) for better accuracy and flexibility. Awarded Indiastar - 88 from Indian Institute of Packaging for our Double Walled Light weight carboy.
1981 Development and manufactur of special purpose injection Moulding Machines for insert Moulded articles used by automobile, Electrical and Electronics.
1992 Indiastar - 92 awarded from Indian Institute of Packaging to our 210 Litres “RL-5” Carboys. Introduction of Plastic Processing Machines with Microprocessor Technology.
1997 Successfully started co-extruded Three Layer Blow Moulding machines once again First in India.
1998 Best Vendor for the year “ Awarded by Clariant India Ltd. in the year".

Narrow Mouth Carboys
Salient Features:

• Available with Pilfer Proof & degasification caps.
• Narrow Mouth Carboys have a capacity of 10 to 100 litres.
• Co-Extruded Double Layer Narrow Mouth Carboys are available from 50 Litres onwards.

Wide Mouth Carboys
Salient Features:
• Suitable for packaging of Viscous Liquids, Pastes, Pickles, Jams & other products
• Wide Mouth Carboys have a capacity of 30 to 100 Litres.
• Co-Extruded Double layer Wide Mouth Carboys are available from 50 Litres onwards.

Open Mouth Jumbo Clamp Carboys
Salient Features:
• Heavy Duty For standard Packaging.
• Suitable for packaging of Bulk Drugs, Pesticides, any kind of Solid & Paste products.
• Square Body Design packaging drums are also available which saves space as it utilises maximum storage space as compared to round drums thus reducing the freight cost per piece.
• Open Mouth Clamp Carboys have a capacity of 15 to 210 Litres.
• Co-Extruded Double Layer Open Mouth Clamp Carboys are available from 50 Litres onwards
