The National Moulding Company Limited (NMC) is a leading manufacturer of Ultra CLEAN B2B PET Resin, Polymeric Plasticizer and Thermoformed PET products. Recently, NMC has entered into an Exclusive Manufacturing Agreement with Sen Pet (India) Ltd (formerly known as Elque Polyesters Ltd) for its entire plant capacity of 40,000 Tons per annum of Prime Virgin Polyester Chips (Bottle Grade) at their Plant located at Falta SEZ, West Bengal, to produce high quality standard PET Chips (Bottle Grade). The customers, who have earlier used PET Chips, namely SENPET, will get the same established quality standard which will be consistent in process ability. In some markets, the erstwhile brand of ‘SENPET’ has been rechristened as ‘JoshPRIME’ and will have the same quality standards, as both are same product.
Since inception in 1948, NMC has established itself as a fore-runner in the manufacture of plastic combs, Toys and Industrial components. Its association with the Khemani family (JoshGROUP), who has the credit of importing the first Automatic Plastic Injection Moulding Machine in India way back in 1938 – a wealth of technical know-how and experience has been made available and been incorporated in the development of Product design and engineering. In 2006, NMC set up a State-Of-The-Art Plant at Dhulagarh, West Bengal, to manufacture B2B PET Resin at a cost of around Rs. 30 Crores. In late 2008, NMC has undertaken a further expansion at a cost of around Rs. 25 Crores at Dhulagarh for manufacturing Ultra CLEAN B2B PET Resin, Polymeric Plasticizer and Thermoformed PET products which has gone on stream from March / April 2010.
The Polymeric Plasticizer is manufactured with R&D Technology provided by a leading Indian University, and Ultra CLEAN B2B PET Resin has been made by the technology developed by the M.D. of the Company at the In-house R&D Centre of NMC, which is recognized by DSIR, Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India, and New Delhi.

Quality Control & Laboratory Facility:
Keeping in line with philosophy of total customer satisfaction through documented QA Programmed, NMC has been assessed and found to comply with the requirements of ISO 9001 : 2000 and has the coveted certification from an internationally accredited certifying agency. NMC has a team of experienced Engineers, Technical Personnel and Quality Control Inspectors who work dedicatedly round the clock to maintain the highest quality standards as per the International specifications. NMC has recently received the PRESTIGIOUS Recognition for its IN-HOUSE R&D Unit at its Dhulagarh Factory from the Department of Industrial & Scientific Research (DSIR), Union Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India, and New Delhi.
NMC always buys prime virgin raw materials directly from reputed manufactures the world over; the Test Certificates of the manufactures are usually taken as a basis for raw material properties. NMC seeks the services of Government recognized Test Laboratories, whenever required, who are approved by Railways, DGS & D, Defense, JDGFT, etc. for other tests.

Some particulars are high impact properties and can seal with transparent / printed film, glow sign board sheet, etc. Stationery items like gift / toy box, files and folders of opaque and high clear can be made from our sheet. CD boxes, Cassette boxes can also be made from our high transparent sheet.

Polymeric Plasticizer

JoshSTAR Polymeric Plasticizer (PmP) is a kind of low molecular weight polyester which has been derived from aromatic acids and a mixture of alcohols. It is a low viscosity Plasticizer and is found compatible with PVC and Rubber. It offers excellent mechanical strength, good insulation resistance and high thermal stability. It can be compounded with PVC and Rubber in the regular way
Our Polymeric Plasticizer can completely replace DOP and similar properties can be obtained for PVC & Rubber Compounds which finds different application in areas such as cable, pipe, sheet, films leather cloth, foot pad, etc.
