Our new innovation PET Strapping Band making Extrusion Line for producing PET strap with 100% reclaimed polyester (waste polyester bottle flakes) as material. PET strap is a new kind of environment friendly packing material, which is used to substitute steer strap in many fields

PET Strapping Band Making Extrusion Line

PP Strapping Band Making Extrusion Line

Produces high productivity, best quality and cost saving. The stretched and embossed PP Band is to be used effectively for manual packaging or mainly in automatic strapping machine for small and middle packages. This newly designed machine provides faster production and superior product.
• The Extruder adopts constant pitch type of screw for effective mixing of molten material
• The Die having one or more channels as the Flat type
• The stretching, Annealing and cooling units adopt three units of rollers for steeples adjustment of the stretching ratio and constriction ratio
• The embossing rollers are manufactured from Nitro alloy steel material vacuum heat treated for superior hardness and maximum wear resistance

• The screw and Barrel is manufactured from special Nitrogen treated, precision ground and tempered steel

• Take-Off speed is powered by VS motor with adjustable speed for smooth winding and stretching performance
• Orientation device is especially designed to allow the filament to flow on water thus ensuring proper filament
