Wellmac Plastics is a manufacturer of Blow Moulded and Injection Moulded Plastic Packaging Products. It is part of The Wellmac Group with business in Lubricant Oil Trading, Blending & Filling and Manufacturing Plastic Packaging. Wellmac is one of the leading manufacturer of Virgin HDPE Plastic Bottles / HDPE Plastic Containers - size from 250 Ml to 6 Ltr and Virgin PPCP Plastic Buckets/Pails - size from 1/2 Kg to 20 Ltr. Products are made as per customer specifications and requirements. We have total three factories at Daman namely Noble Plastic Industries, Nirmal Chem Plast Pvt. Ltd., & Wellmac Plastics, producing 300 tones per month and equipped with latest Micro Processor Blow and Injection Moulding Machines with in-house tool room & well experienced technical staff. Our all three units are 'ISO 9001: 2000' Certified by "American Global Standards - India."

Value Added Services
As per customers requirements we develop, design and make new cost effective shapes to suit customers' auto filling lines. We undertake complete project from design and developing the moulds as per customer's needs along with printing, labeling, wadding & cartoning of the bottles. We manage inventory of labels and cartons on customers behalf as per their needs. We had also installed the Moog Controlled Program & passed on weight reduction benefit to the customers. We have also set up in-house Blow Molding Plant in customer's premises as per their needs.
Quality Control:
Our Quality Control starts from designing, developing & making the moulds to get good quality products. We have set up in-house laboratory with the best quality equipments. Our all bottles undergo stringent quality control check by our Leak Dictator Machine. We are also carried out Drop Test, MFI Test, Vibrate Test, Wall Thickness, Stack Load Test, Induction Seal Test etc. to serve 100% O.K. products to the customers. Every new product is approved from Indian Institute of Packaging (IIP).
