To cope up with the growing demand we at PVN Plastics successfully processes 1500 Mt of PP/HDPE granules every month, which translates to 15 million linear meters of basic PP/HDPE fabric.

LAMINATED AND UNLAMINATED HDPE / PP WOVEN BAGS AND SACKS Used for packing of a wide variety of products like solid chemicals, fertilizers, food grains, sugar, cashew nuts, animal feeds, flour, maize etc.
PERFORATED BAGS Perforated bags are generally used for packing of cement or storage of any other material which are hot while Packing. The perforations (small holes) of the bag will help the hot air To go out while packing
HDPE / PP WOVEN BAGS AND SACKS WITH LINER These bags are used when the particle size of the product to be packed is very fine making it possible for it to ooze out of the woven bag. Hence an additional liner ensures its proper packing without any leakage of material.
LAMINATED AND UNLAMINATED HDPE / PP WOVEN FABRIC Used for wrapping of paper rolls, textile fabrics, old cloth, all type of rubber tyres, steel coils, galvanized pipes, etc. The fabric is generally packed in roll form and can be run on automatic cutting and stitching machines. Also supplied in cut form (sheets).
PP WOVEN VALVE TYPE BAGS This type of PP woven bags are used mainly for packaging of cement and various other products. The material can directly filled by a hose and once the material has been filled to the brim the valve shuts automatically providing a locking system.
PP WOVEN LAMINATED GUSSETED BAGS The gusset bags has the ability to stand vertically due to its unique construction. Also printing can be done on the gusseted portion giving it easy recognition when kept in a pile of bags.
BOXED BAGS The box bags are used for packing fibers, for covering boxes and cartons. They may also be used for various other purposes for covering any item in the open air.
SHOPPING BAGS These bags can be used for shopping purpose. The advantage over normal polythene bags is its strength, durability and good appearance. They can also be tailor made as per the customer's requirement.
ROTO GRAVURE BOPP PRINTED SANDWICH BAGS These bags have a very good appearance and are used for packaging costlier products like pesticides, seeds, wheat flour, high-end chemicals etc. It may also be used for secondary packaging of smaller 1kg bags.
CLEAR WOVEN SHEETS (Natural Woven Laminated Sheets) These sheets are see through and are mainly used as a wrapping material. The most common is a sheet of 40" * 54" that is one side laminated and weighs up to 100 grams. However they can manufacture as per the party's requirement.
SAND BAGS These bags have a strap on the top. They are filled with sand and then the strap is tied to close the bag. They are used in famine-affected areas to control the floods, by the armed forces and various other uses. Sand bags are generally un laminated.
LUMBER CLOTH LUMBER CLOTH These are wide width fabric to cover huge logs of wood. It can either be one side or both side laminated. Also available printed in roll form.
WIDE WIDTH FABRIC UPTO 3.4 MTR. LAY FLAT This wide width fabric can be used for covering material especially in trucks, for layering in canals, roads and tarmac. These are available laminated one side or both side.
