Valia Impex Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated in the year 1960 at Bhavnagar, Gujarat as a family business, with a unit to manufacture bicycle chains in collaboration with a Czechoslovakian firm. These cycle chains marked under the brand name "VELO" were market leaders. Later, the group started it's trading activities in Calcutta and Bombay mainly dealing in Import of Metals, Chemicals and Polymers.
At present our Flagship Company i.e. Valia Impex Pvt Ltd. are Del Credere Agents (DCA) of :
Reliance Industries Ltd. (RIL), marketing and promoting in the region of Maharashtra, Goa, Daman and Silvassa.
Linear Polyethylene(PE), Polypropylene(PP), Poly Vinyl Chloride(PVC) produced by RIL at their Hazira / Jamnagar Plants.
