This Filling / Seaming Combi machine is a core machine in the Juice and CSD production in the Common line.
It is for a fill-and-seam aluminum can.
The capacity is 100-300 cans per minute; it is the ideal machine for a brewery and beverage factory.
There are two stations, filling, and seaming: low-temperature filling, evacuation system, and constant liquid level principle; double rollers progressive double seaming

Process:
Cans enter th e positioning plate through t h e conveyor. The filling valve goes down along with the Evacuation tube, T h e filling valve i s centered and presses the c a n , a n d air pressure in t h e air cylinder could use t h e relief valve of t h e control panel to adjust according to the can material, In the meant ime open pre-charge gas and counter valve, counter C O 2 gas of the bowl flush to the can and extrude air in the can. In that case, during the filling process, reduce oxygen increase quantity to the lowest and no negative pressure increased in the can. After closing t h e pre-charge valve, t h e filling valve opens under the operation valve lever, filling begins, an d the liquid falls along the wall through three slots, In the meantime, the pre-charge gas in the can returns to the bowl through the air valve, when the liquid level reach to the venting tube and block it, filling stops.

At the time of CAN out, the centering bell rises, and they can leave filler by a guide rail, enter into seamer chains, hook chains take the can out of t h e filling valve to lid feeder assembly, a proximity sensor detects t h e can, and lid descend, can and lid are sent to seamer synchronously. lifts and seams
