American Process nominal 500 cu.ft. working capacity ribbon/paddle jacketed mixer.
Mixer consists of 86" diameter x 204" long 316SS chamber with 3" wide x 1/2" thick spiral ribbon, 7" x 22" wide paddles internally.
Has dimple jacket rated at maximum working pressure of 150 psi at 350 degrees f. Jacket manufactured by Alloy Custom Products.
National Board
Has 24" diameter screw conveyor discharge with motor and chain and sprocket drive, 24" diameter dome manhole cover mounted on top of mixer, 42" x 42" clean out door.
Direct connected to Euro Drive gear reducer with 147.56/1 reduction supplying 12 rpm output.
Direct connected to 75 hp single speed motor.
Has (2) end bottom discharges approximately 8" OD for auxillary discharge/clean out.
