Extruder is mounted with 70" centerline height and includes Xaloy screen changer and melt pump. Barrel is vented and plugged
Downstream of the line includes a 56" x 18" x 24" inclined chill roll stack with polished chrome rolls, hydraulically loaded and includes individual roll drives. Includes 4-zone "Green Box" pumping package for primary roll cooling and secondary roll cooling. New 2016. Has a spare 24" OD matte finish roll for center position on stack.
Secondary roll package consists of 57" wide x 20" O.D. S-Wrap Battenfeld Gloucester cooling rolls mounted downstream from the primary rolls.
