We are looking for
Complete calendering lines for PVC sheet production for flex banner, including the extruder, high-speed mixer, calender , banbury , and all other necessary auxiliary equipment.
Our requirements are as follows:
One line with a working width of 130 to 150 cm.
One line with a working width of 250 cm or wider.
The machine model is not particularly important to us, but German and other European machines would be our preference.
For a conventional calendering line, 2–4 rolls would be suitable. However, if you can find a Z-type calender capable of producing two PVC sheets simultaneously and laminating them directly onto fabric in the same pass, that would be an excellent option for us.
