Cincinnati co extrusion with one 6” 30:1 vented extruder with 400 HP DC motor drive and with hydraulic slide plate screen changer and melt pump.
One 2-1/2” extruder 30:”1 vented with 125 HP DC motor adapter tube to the co extrusion block.
One EDI co extrusion block for ABA
One set of manifolds from co extruder to the co extrusion block
One sheet die, EDI restrictor bar die,
54” width with extra lip for full range of extrusion up to 450 inches thick sheet
One Cincinnati 3 roll stack 57” wide with independent roll drives for each roll. Roll diameters are two – 36” and one 24” with high polish finish.
Extra rolls include matt finish, levant finish, hair cell embossing rolls.
Heat / cool water temperature control system
One 20 foot long conveyor for cooling, fitted with cutters for slitting sheet in line
One set of pull rolls, (haul off) at end of cooling conveyor 57 inches wide
