Extruder 1/3/4 Layer ref: D/C/A respectively. Screw diam 1: 90mm L/D30, Max throughput capacity: - output 200 kg/h 4 component DOTECO gravimetric dosing Module with vacuum feeders. Max screw rpm 132.3 AC motor 102 kW, liquid cooled with flexible transmission joint and encoder for speed control. Temperature control of barrels by means of Fe-Cost thermocouples-Extrusion barrel & screw made of nitride steel depth up to 0.4mm, lapped inside. Barrel covered by welded sheet iron with internal stainless-steel mirror for reflecting heat to avoid dispersion. Heating done by ceramic heaters. Hydraulic screen changer Parallel axis gear box with ground gears with helical profile and high load coefficient. Feeding zone provided with sleeve and jacket for thermoregulation by means of liquid.
