Used for compounding polymers,
750 lbs/hr 8 HLMI-HDPE,
1500 lb/hr 0.8 MI-I-LDPE,
Equipped with 150 HP DC motor with SCR drive control,
Flender SEN 160, 2.304:1 reduction,
Chrome plated interior mixing chamber and rotors luwa vacorex 90/90 gear pump,
Beringer 4.5" hydraulic screen changer with power pack, and
Gala model 6 underwater pelletizing system including 60 GPM tempered water recirculation system and 8.1BF dryer.
The SCR drives are all there as well as the hot oil heater for the mixer, Two K-Tron feeders with aluminum hoppers.
The process control panel is missing.
