43" centerline height, 17:1 gearbox ratio with new gearbox seals, complete with gearbox cooling: heat exchanger, pump and motor, 30:1 L/D 8 zone barrel, rewired cast aluminum heaters, air cooled & vented barrel, rebuilt general purpose PP/PE screw, rebuilt 400HP US Motors AC motor with rebuilt WEG CFW11 AC drive control in panel with Noren cooler, Reworked 14 zone control panel w/a new ABB breaker & newer interior electronics & Cal 9900 solid state instruments, with new feed hopper and diverter valve, cleaned, painted and test run.
Extruder includes Rebuilt MGB 8000 8" 2-position hydraulic slide plate screen changer mounted horizontally with 3HP hydraulic power pack, hoses and accumulator unitzed on extruder base.
