4" PTI co-extruder, new 2001, with 30/1 L/D vented barrel electrically heated water cooled with single bolt slide plate screen changer driven by 150 hp DC motor.
3.5" Welex 30/1 L/D vented co-extruder with Nordson slide plate screen changer.
Driven by 112 kw DC motor, new 2005.
2.5" PTI co-extruder with 32/1 L/D non-vented barrel, driven by 50 hp DC motor with slide plate screen changer. New 2001.
62" Nordson flex lip sheet extrusion die with 45 degree down angle adapter
65" x 12" x 24" x 24" Welex chrome roll stack, new 2005. Has individual roll drives, under 12' cooling conveyor pumps/heat exchangers.
NDC thickness gauge including (radioactive element will be removed)
Shear cut slitting station for edge trim and 76" wide 4-position turret winder for approximately 48" diameter rolls.
