Used 80" wide Reifenhauser co-extrusion sheet line previously used to manufacture medical grade plastic sheet used in the manufacturing of medical IV bags from LDPE and PVC plastic pellets in a clean room environment. Installed new in 2007. Consisting of the following:

120MM Reifenhauser Model RT3201-1-120-30D single screw extruder. serial# 01885354, non-vented barrel, 204 KW AC main drive motor, 480 volt, 3 phase, 1900 RPM input, 14.599:1 gearbox ratio, 130 out RPM output, electrically heated, air cooled barrel, with rotary screen changer and vacuum loader.
60MM Reifenhauser Model RT501-1-60-30D single screw extruder. serial# 01865423, non-vented barrel, 70 KW AC main drive motor, 480 volt, 3 phase, 2700 RPM input, 11.793:1 gearbox ratio, 229 RPM output, electrically heated air cooled barrel, with rotary screen changer and vacuum loader.
