Process:
Designed to wind plastic films from a jumbo roll to smaller ‘retail’ size rolls.
Once you have set the length of film required, the machine measures the amount of film unwound from the jumbo on the retail roll.
When required, the film is cut manually with a handheld knife.
The powered axle turns the ‘retail’ roll.
As that axle turns, it pulls the film from the jumbo roll axle, which ensures that the retail rolls being wound, remain tight and tensioned 2 hp motor
