We are looking for:
40" to 80" wide paper cup resin coating line.
These are just paper unwound and coated on one side with a layer of polymer.
They made them to run PE for decades for fast food or coffee cups.
We would want to substitute a bio-resin for the PE but it would be the exact same process.
We will take 30:1 L/D unit.
The extruder for the 40" line would be a 3.5" capable of 100 screw RPM and a melt pump should be included.
The 80" line would probably need a 4.5" also with a melt pump
