4.5" Gloucester/Brampton Mono-layer Blown Film extrusion Line previously used ON LLDPE.
Line consists of the following:
- Moltec 5-component gravimetric blending system
- 4.5" 24/1 L/D Gloucester low boy extruder including temperature control panel.
- Extruder is driven by a 150 HP DC motor.
- 14" Rotary die with Saturn dual lip air ring and .086" Die gap.
- (2) Sherman 2-side treaters with 7.5 KW power units
- Fife edge guide
- Motorized bubble cage, and 68" primary nip roll stand.
- Brampton single position automatic surface winder for 48" diameter rolls and 65" maximum lay flat.
- Previously used on LLDPE at 700 LBS per hours
