- 4.5" 24/1 L/D NRM standard height extruder driven by a 150 HP DC motor with SCR control.
- Has electrically heated water cooled barrel and temperature control panel with omron e5 ex instruments.
- 460 volt AC input.
- Includes step down transformer 600V to 460V.
- Heston 4.5" slide plate screen changer with hydraulic pump.
- 14" Sano single layer stationary blown film line with dual lip air ring and 25 HP air ring blower
- Upper and lower bubble cage for bubble stabilization.
- Upper and lower bubble cage for bubble stabilization.
- 76" Wide Brampton Engineering model HO074F-2NR-N-0 oscillating primary nip with non-stick roller collapsing frame and motorized side bubble stabilizers.
