- Gneuss continuous screen changer SF90.
- 120 mm Battenfeld secondary extruder, with upgraded water cooling.
- 180 mm die head, self adjusting
- 2140 mm circumference mandrel with double slitting. 2 x 1070 mm wide sheets.
- 1070 mm wide in line puncture/welding unit for sealing 2 sheets. Air heated with 4 KW heater.
- Sandt punch press, with 100 ton clamp force for cutting out finished product. Motorised in feed. Conveyor with stacking.
- Single station rewinder for start up/product changeover.
- Was running up to 200 kg/hr of EPS 1 mm to 5 mm thick (could also run up to 20 mm thick). Option to run open cell.
