- Used 64" Sterling sheet extrusion line including the following: One Una Dyn loading system
- One Una Dyn dehumidifying hopper dryer with hopper
- One 4.5", 24/1 extruder having a five (5) zone electrically heated, water cooled (closed loop), and vented barrel at a 62" center line height
- Gearbox is direct driven in a tuck under manner by a 150 hp dc motor with controls
- Includes two spare screws
- One 56" EDI heavy gauge sheet die with restrictor bar mounted on stand
- One 64" Cooling and polishing stand having three 20" diameter rolls mounted in a vertical arrangement for down stack operation
- Top and bottom roll are chrome plated and the middle roll has an embossed pattern
- Rolls are hydraulically actuated and are gear driven by a dc motor through a four (4) speed gearbox
- Roll temperature control is via a three zone built onto frame temperature control system with pumps
- Heaters and heat exchangers
- Includes 64" wide pull roll stand with dc motor and four (4) speed gearbox
- One 72" Wysong shear, One Sheet run-off table Line installed and running until 1-23-15.
