We are looking for Extrusion Sheet line
- Extruder: 6” vented 32:1 L/D
- Gear Pump
- Screen Changer
- Coex: Desired but would consider lines without and will add later
- Die Width: 64” – 96”
- Take Off: 66” – 98” roll face
- Rolls: 24-30” dia
- Drives: Chain or Independent if available
- Roll speeds: 40-120 fpm
- Winder – support 2 split webs when needed
We have a budget of $ 600,000 so would like to keep the line somewhere around $ 500,000 plus shipping and installation
