We are looking for a Slitter to slit Hard, Soft, Alu Foil & Multiply laminates with proper winding and slitting quality.

9) Separate drive for both rewinder shaft.

12) Slitting with circular knife with bottom cutter & razor blade with groove shaft.
13) Aluminium and Rubber pneumatic Layon roller with separate left and right pressure regulator
14) Photo cell with line and edge sensing facility.
15) All flame proof motors and fittings.
16) Slitting width tolerance +/- 1 mm.
17) Rewinder Diameter sensor and length counter required.
18) Proper safety guards for nipping and cutting unit.
19) Magnetic powder brake for unwinder.
20) Operator friendly unloading mechanism with rotating turret facility.
