Erena 160E Recycling Line - Refurbished 2015. Double vented, water cooled, 9 Heat Zones, with 2 / spare zones, new rotor in cuter / compactor, new bearing in CC, Geffran presure gauge, pedestal operator stand w / 16` tether cabling, screw & barrel refurbished, all new electronics & wiring, CSA approved, PLC controlled, 3 new heater bands, 1 spare cast aluminium heater set (water cooled) dual piston 4 cavity back flushing screen changer (full auto) was doing LLDPE. LDPE - The machine is under power in plant and doing about 1000 lbs. / hr of Frac melt PE. It will obviously do more running a higher melt PE. The machine has 2 die plates, 120 hole & 180 hole. - Main motor 300 HP 460 v - (AC w / Danfos VLT (VfD) auto drive)
