Reifenhauser sheet line
Sheet line downstream:
- Reifenhauser 86 " wide, sheet calendar roll stack, presently set for 45` tilt operation, but can be modified to vertical or other position roll diameter 24", roll width 86", includes all high polish roll with two unused spare roll.
Rolls are individual driven rollls with 3 new gear reduction gear reducers with 1.5 HP drive motors VFD variable speed includesd: A3 zone heat / cool roll temperature control system with under 2 years of production use
Free standing with temperature controllers built in
- Hydraulic power pack and controls for roll movement up/ down
- Includes one rebuilt set of pull rolls and frame, motor, pneumatics, new coverings on rolls, 85" wide, roll diameters 10" each.
- 20 foot long conveyor is included with the line as it presently sits. Conveyor has manual type knife provision for rotating of knives into/out of sheet.
