1400 SL two turret unwinds and a rewind,
32" diam rolls has two Enercon bare roll treaters, many extra coating rolls
The machine is built by M.A.F. (Bergamo ? Italy) from Nordmeccanica drawings (due to a co-operation between Nordmeccanica old owner and MAF owner back at that time).
We actually buying spare parts from Nordmeccanica when needed.
The web width is 1450 mm. The MAF laminator has motorized corona treaters on both unwinder (motors installed in 2012) with load-cell feedback and a full retrofit of the rewinder motors (also done in 2012, motors have been upgraded to vectorial with new drives from SSD Parker and new cabinet with dedicated touch screen).
It has pre-conditioning calander on both unwinders to pre-heat material before lamination.
Both unwinders have rotating turret for non-stop splice, but material has to be cut manually.
As ancillary equipment we have: 37 transfer rollers (cut to different size) made by solid shaft.
They can be re-covered with new rubber if / when necessary.
1 spare nip (same for coating and laminating nip).
Enercon corona treater on both unwinders with ceramic discharge roll re-covered in 2012.
Teflon dams for coating station. 68 pieces, 34 pairs. Two new shafts for unwinder.
Bought February 2015 Electro-magnetic brakes, spare. 11 Pieces.
Brake pads, spare. 11 pieces.
Machine is 460V 60hz 3ph+GND, absorbed current 60A.
