- Used 8.5" wide Davis standard/Wayne Laboratory sheet extrusion line consisting of the following:
- 3/4" Davis standard model KLJ-075 pedestal extruder, 24:1 L/D
- 230/3PH/60HZ input power
- Electrically heated air cooled barrel with general purpose screw driven by a 1.5 HP AC motor through 15:1 gearbox at 1750 rpm input.
- Gearbox has 1.0 service factor
- Stand alone Davis standard temperature control panel with Eurotherm 2208 temperature controls for (3) barrel zones
- (2) barrel zones, (1) clamp ring and (1) melt pump
Also includes 4 non-adjustable sheet die installed.
- 8.5" Wayne yellow jacket sheet stack with (3) 5.5" O.D. Chrome rolls with Independent cooling including Rotary unions and rubber pull roll stand with surface winder.
