We have 112mm 75 HP parallel counter rotating twin screw Davis Standard GP112 extruder.
approximately a 25:1 L/D ratio
gearbox has a ratio of 63.91:1 and is belt driven by approximately a 75hp DC motor with Reliance SCR control allowing for final maximum screw speed of approximately 30rpm
barrel has 4 zones, is water cooled via closed loop system and is vacuum vented
dosier feeder mounted on feed throat bolted flange on extruder discharge
touch screen control with Allen Bradley plc gearbox is rated 100hp capacity with a service factor of 1.0 manufactured March 1997.
