We are looking for a thermoforming machine and an A/B/A co extrusion line especially for PET.
Thermoformer:
- Forming area: 600x500 mm
- Pressure mold forming
- Preheater and antisagging rails (for PP)
- Punching Station
- Cutting Station
We think the most suitable machine for us is the Illig RDKP type machine; it doesn't have to be Illig, but is preferable.
It will be great to receive the quotation with specifications and the year the machine was made.
Extrusion Line:
- Main extruder 3.5"
- Co extruder 2"
- Feed Block: A/B/A coex capability or above
- Die wide: 40"
- Melt pump
- Sheet take-off: roll
