4.5" Johnson 24:1 L/D vented extruder with water/air cooling on barrel. Includes DC motor with Pacemaster DC drive and 11.1:1 gearbox ratio. Includes temperature control panel and Beringer model NC-45 compact screen changer.
Downstream includes 36" wide flex lip extrusion die with restrictor bar. Includes 18" X 40" 3-roll chill roll stack, steel roll conveying system, and chill roll pumps and heat exchangers.
Also includes Johnson rubber pull roll assembly and Wysong shear.
Also included is 1994 Larkin 60 ton chiller.
