(1) Model 25225R2 Contra cool 2.5" single screw extruder, approx 30:1 L/D ratio, non-vented barrel, electrically heated, air cooled, driven by a 60 hp, 500 volt DC motor with gearbox, ratio 13.75:1, hydraulic screen changer. (1) 20" x 52" (3) roll cooling stack with 9' of cooling conveyor, chrome plated cored rolls with Thermolator, model TMEC1895, (1) pull roll assembly, (2) 8" diameter x 52" wide rubber rolls, (1) Wysong 52" wide shear, model 1452, 14 gu capacity, (1) multi-component blender and misc hoppers, conveying pumps and drive temp controls.
