Used Hartig dual head blow molder each with 6 pound capacity. Has maco 8000 programmable controller. Unit has a 3" 24/1 air cooled extruder with a Lufkin DH 200 D-511 gearbox having a reduction ratio of 13.93/1 and a service rating of 173 HP. Gearbox is direct driven a 75 HP GE DC motor with saftronics SCR. 24" x 36" clear platen area. Dual heads with approx 19.5" center line distance. 15 HP hydraulic packages with accumulator. Blow molder model number SMP-30 206-3624s40, order number R-5959. Overall platen 24" x 44", 35 ton clamp. Previously used on HDPE last in operation 5/03. Mfd April of 1990.
