Used Killion laboratory sheet stack having (3) 8" face x nominal 5" diameter chrome plated rolls mounted in a vertical arrangement for a down stack operation at approximately a 42" centerline height. Rolls have been rechromed and entire sheet take-off has been baking soda blasted, primed and painted. Air actuated top and bottom roll. Chrome rolls are gear driven by a 1 HP DC motor through a gear reducer using chain, sprockets, and jack shafts. Mounted on same frame as chrome rolls is a pull roll stand having (1) 8" face x nominal 5" diameter rubber covered roll and (1) 8" face x nominal 5" diameter chrome covered roll. Pull rolls are driven by a 1 HP DC motor with controls. Included is a 6" production components master flex LLP sheet die.
