Used 6" Gloucester blown film line consisting of the following: 6" Gloucester 24/1 l/D extruder. Has electrically heated air cooled barrel, gearbox direct connected to 400 hp dc motor with electro-stat via drive, 460 volt ac input. Gearbox equipped with 18.41/1 gear ratio. Includes 10-zone temperature control panel (1 zone missing) utilizing barber Coleman model 480 instruments. Extruder serial #266-16034-01, model #266-001. Extruder is equipped with hopper and (2) color screw feeders, and 3-component process control volumetric blender. Downstream is equipped with 26" stationary bottom feed die with western dual lip air ring. Die equipped with die cart. Includes 124" wide Gloucester nip roll assembly with 13" O.D. chrome to rubber nip rolls. Installed on nip roll frame is 124" corona design single side treater but no treater control. Serial #16034-16, model #pg nip roll assembly. 124" post gusset station, serial #16034-31, with 3-station slit seal station and 124" fife web guide. 80" Gloucester model 418hex bottom seal bag machine, rebuilt 6/99, serial #40538-01. 460 volt ac input. 80" Gloucester model 423 separators.
