Used 90mm barmag 30/1 l/d non-vented extruder. barrel centerline height 39", electrically heated but does not have any cooling on the barrel; has provisions to be added. extruder is type 9e10/30d, serial: 12/2407-4. gearbox model 9e805-32/6v. has water cooled top center feed throat 4.5" x 6". includes stainless steel hopper approximately 12" x 10" x 12" high. extruder is belt driven by an aeg 60kw ac motor, 1775 rpm, 50/60 hz with 400 volt ac input. includes step down transformer, manufactured by southern transformer, high volt 480 volt, low volt 400/231 volt. 3 phase, 60 hz, 500 kva. gearbox has 10.002/1 reduction. motor control is sba inverter, 50/60hz, 400 volt ac input. previously used on nylon 66 at 500 lbs. per hour. includes heat control panel utilizing crydon solid state relays, but no temperature controllers.
We have 4 extruders for sale and can offer a special rate for the package with panels (no instruments, but all contactors, since used computer for heat inputs), motors, & extruder. We will load & lash into container(s) free of charge. All have AC motors with inverters for speed control 50/60 Hz., 400 volt AC input.
