MODEL CA4, 40 mm, 24/1 L/D Loboy extruder. Electrically heated, air cooled barrel. Includes grooved feed throat, 25 kw motor with variable AC drive, model ESP130. 460 volt AC input. Includes hopper, water cooled gearbox and feed throat, and operator control panel mounted on extruder base with Eurotherm 808 instruments. Instrumentation includes controllers for (3) barrel zones, (2) die zones, blower control, speed control dial, and gauges for extruder AMPS, RPM, pressure and melt temperature.

Has 4" stationary blown film die with single lip air ring. Die has 1.5 mm wall thickness (.060" gap). Has internal, uncooled bubble stabilizer bar. Die is mounted on Keller screen pack which utilizes a conical style screen. Package includes AEC model 600 polycool with air ring blower and air ring plenum.

Includes Kiefel nip rolls with 37.5" face, rubber to rubber roll construction with wood slat collapsing frame, wood gusset boards and wood slat bubble cage stabilizer mounted in nip roll station. Also included is Kiefel iris bubble stabilizer station.

Has Kiefel single position surface winder for 36" dia rolls. Includes winder operator control panel with preset footage counter, auto fly knife, auto transfer, second pull roll assembly and 3 chucks for 3" cores.

Line ran at 200 feet / min on HDPE. Has GC industries ice wagon with approximately 3 ton water cooled chiller. Has 2 transformers, 112 and 75 KVA, 480 - 400 V primary, 480 V secondary
