The machine is supplied complete with:
- Electric motor of 40 hp; 30 KW 400 volts, 50 Hz. (or as required by customer)
- Hopper opening 600mm x 700 for manual or conveyor belt feeding zinc-coated rust and wear proof
- Blade length: 600mm
- Rotor with 3 inline blades; nickel-coated
- Blade locking system: by screws and retaining plates nickel-plated
- Open rotor made of high quality of steel, nickel-plated
- Diameter: 500mm
- Standard machine is equipped with sieve with holes diameter 12mm nickel-plated
This can be supplied with holes according to your needs
- Equipped with flywheel to provide inertia power giving it a uniform and constant torque of the rotor under the grinding effort
- Discharge box to collect the ground material through stainless steel drainage screw conveyor
- Hydraulic pump to open and close the hopper
