For Sale - UM - 2923 - 35" wide Welex Co-ex Sheet Extrusion Line

Used 35" wide Welex co-ex sheet extrusion line consisting of the following:

- Two 1.25" 24/1 co-extruders, each with approximately 10 hp DC motor with
SCR control.

- One 2.5" 30/1 extruder model 250 30/1 rhsv. Each with an electrically heated, air cooled and vented and plugged barrel. Manual screen changer and melt pump on barrel discharge. Gearbox driven by 50 hp DC motor with SCR control.

- One 2.5" 24/1 extruder model 250 24/1 rhnv. Barrel is non-vented. Includes manual screen changer and melt pump with motor. Gearbox is driven by a 40 hp DC motor with SCR control.

- One 3.5" 30/1 extruder. Electrically heated, water cooled (closed loop) vented and plugged barrel. Includes vent stack and vacuum pump. Gearbox driven by a 100 hp stat ohm DC motor with SCR control. Mfd 7/1984. Includes manual screen changer and Dynisco model MSDP40 melt pump with 15 hp AC motor.

- One Welex co-ex block

- One 36" production components masterflex H75 flex lip sheet extrusion die job # 446-97. Has fixed bottom lip.

- One set of downstream consisting of Welex model 35"x 12" sheet take-off unit having three (3) 35" face x nominal 12" diameter chrome rolls mounted in a vertical arrangement. Rolls are driven by a DC motor with gearbox via silent chain and sprockets. Included is a built-onto single zone temperature control system, dip coating station, indev thickness gauge, pull roll assembly and 2 position fixed winder for approximately 24" diameter rolls. Winder includes (2) air shafts for 6" cores.

- Miscellaneous items include some spare parts, feed hoppers, receivers, pneumatic pumping system and Cumberland approximately 10" x 12" edge trim grinder.

Downstream will sell without die at US$ 75,000
