Used Welex 40" wide co-ex sheet extrusion line, tested electrically and mechanically and to be shipped in working condition. Line consists of the following:
- 90mm (3.5") Welex single screw extruder with plugged vent. Driven by 150hp DC motor, control panel and hydraulic screen changer. Co-extruder consists of 50mm (2") Welex single screw co-extruder with electrically heated air cooled barrel.
- Welex 56/56 gear pump with gearbox motor and drive and including a static mixer.
- ABA type co-ex block with replaceable key.
- Approximately 1040 EDI R 75 (41") EDI flex lip sheet extrusion die.
- Welex 1040mm (40") 3-roll polishing stack with 450mm (17.7") diameter chrome plated rolls. Chain driven through gearbox and 5 HP DC motor. Package includes 3-zone pump group with heat exchangers, heaters and pumps and anti-stat bath with pneumatic rollers. Includes 2-roll haul-off with DC motor and drive.
- Option of 1300mm (43") 2-station turret winder with integral nip rolls and tension control
