- Primary extruder: 4.5" NRM, 24:1 L/D ratio, 200 hp DC motor, water cooled barrel
- Secondary extruder: 2.5" Welex extruder, 30:1 L/D ratio, 75 hp DC motor, with static mixer
- Melt pump: Maag 56/56 pump with DC drive
- Sheet die: 44" EDI model Ultraflex R 75, 0.75" Gap, ABA
- Sheet stack: NRM 3 roll Upstack, 16" diameter rolls, 48" wide
- Thermoformer: Lyle 130F rebuilt in 1990
- Trip press: Brown TP30

Line was last running Polystyrene at a rate of 1200 lbs/hr
