Used 40" wide Egan pilot plant cast film line. Rated at 200 feet per minute. Line consists of the following:
- 3.5" Egan 32/1 L/D extruder driven by 150 hp DC motor. Has 10 hp melt pump.
- 2.0" Egan 31/1 L/D vented extruder driven by a 25 hp DC motor and includes 5 hp melt pump.
- 1.5" Egan 32/1 L/D vented extruder driven by a 15 hp DC motor and includes 3 hp melt pump.
- Cloeren 5-layer co-ex block utilized with either 24" EDI or 38" EDI cast film dies.
- 42" casting unit with air knife pinning, 42" horizontal C&P unit with 18" O.D. rolls, 12 foot conveyor assembly and Ohmart MSPOD-190-O thickness gauge.
- Two position single turret winder for 3" and 6" cores, 18" O.D. maximum diameter and shear slitter assembly.
Includes hot oil heating system for CNP unit and Egan CMR1000 control processor.
