Consisting of:
- (1) Battenfeld 60 mm (2.3") single screw extruder, model 1-60-30DV approximate 30:1 L/D ratio, 5 zone non-vented barrel, electrically heated, air cooled. Driven by a 52 KW (70 HP), 460 Volt DC motor through a gearbox with control panel.
- (1) Battenfeld 45 mm (1.7") single screw extruder, model 1-45-30DV approximate 30:1 L/D ratio, 5 zone non-vented barrel, electrically heated, air cooled. Driven by a 32 KW (42 HP), 440 Volt DC motor through a gearbox with control panel.
- (1) Approximate 10" wide and (1) approximate 6" wide sheet die.
- (1) Collin calendar stand with (3) 10" diameter x 17.5" wide chrome plated cored roll, each driven by a 1 KW motor. 50" long cooling section.
- (2) Rubber pull rolls
- (1) single turret winder
- (3) temperature controllers and a control panel.
