- 4 component Volumetric mixer feeder, 3x 80mm screws 1x45mm each driven by 0.35 hp DC motor with Tacho feedback and reduction gearbox giving max 150 rpm on screws
- 100 mm OMV 36 LD extruder, electrically heated water cooled 6 zone vented barrel, external oil pump to gearbox with pressure alarm
- Driven by a Siemens 141 kW dc motor, 1760 max rpm. 328amps
- 140 mm OMV lantern slide screen changer with 0.75 kW power pack and accumulator.
- 570 mm long static mixer.
- 700 mm wide OMV Die - model Simplas L5/CR with inclined push pull differential lip and choker bar adjustment, removable and shimmable bottom lip, rack and pinion decals ( no decals fitted) thickness range approx 0.2-2mm
- Castor mounted frame for; die, static mixer, screen changer and power pack.
- OMV central control panel with individual controls for the 4 volumetric feeders. Thyristor drive for main extruder, stack and haul-off, Extruder screw speed and pressure control, 15 zone temperature control. Fault alarm unit. Melt pressure, temperature and screw rpm graph recorder.
- 800 mm wide OMV stack, with 260mm top roll and 2 x 350mm rolls, driven by a single 2.7 kW dc drive. Pneumatic nip. Cooled by a 3 zone pump group.
