- Vented/plugged barrel 103" long from front of oversize feed
throat.
- Feed throat is 29" x 34" with ram assist.
- Extruder is direct connected to 150 hp dc motor and includes SCR control.
- Has temperature control panel
- 8" slide plate screen changer, and hydraulic pumping system.
- Previously used as hot dump extruder from 3D Banbury mixer (approximately
135 lb batch).
- Has gearbox with 20/1 gear ratio. auxiliary equipment
- Includes Mokon temperature controller model H44106-l3 hot oil temperature
controller
- Degrees maximum, 6kw capacity. previously
- Used as screw heat/cool.
