- Used Welex model 18x30x53 SLRH sheet take-off unit consisting of (2) 53" face x 30" diameter rolls and (1) 53" face x 18" diameter roll.
- Rolls are mounted in a vertical arrangement with the 18" diameter roll
- Mounted in the top position.
- All rolls are chrome plated and the unit is set up for down
- Stack operation at a 76" centerline height.
- Gapping on the rolls is pneumatically actuated
- The rolls are driven by a 5 hp dc motor through a gear reducer via silent and
sprockets roll temperature control
- Is via built-onto frame water system including pumps, heat exchangers and
immersion heaters. also included with the line is a 14' long cooling
- Conveyor, dip coating station, slitting station and 53" pull roll stand having (2) nominal 8" diameter rubber covered rolls. nipping on the rubber rolls is an air actuated.
- Pull rolls are driven by a 5 hp dc motor through a gear reducer. with controls.
- All components are built onto a single base.
- 460/3/60. 150 AMPS.
