We are looking for sheet line as follows:
- We are looking to produce between 2,800 and 3,800 lbs/hour.
- Thickness sheet range between .012" to .064"
- Maximum sheet width of 51" wide sheet (generally a 55" wide die makes 51" wide sheet)
- Chrome roll diameters minimum 18" top and 24" to 30" middle and bottom rolls.
- Material to be processed: - PET (virgin and regrind)
- Number of layers: 3 layers (A-B-A) virgin outer layers and regrind sandwich inside.
- Budget:US $300,000- US $400,000
