We are looking to produce between 2,800 and 3,800 lbs/hour.
For this output the extruder system would need to have the following specification:
- 5" to 6" screw or co-extruder and main extruder combination that adds up to 5" to 6" total Chrome roll diameters minimum 18" top and 24" to 30" middle and bottom rolls.
- Maximum sheet width of 51" wide sheet (generally a 55" wide die makes 51" wide sheet)
- Thickness sheet range between:012" to .064"
