Used Hydreclaim dual chamber film grinder consisting of the following:
- Model 20 DC 20" wide pull roll assembly with 1-1/2 hp variable speed drive which feeds the primary cutting chamber which is a model 1218 grinder having a 4-blade adjustable slant knife rotor with 1 bed knife.
- Rotor is driven by a 50 hp motor.
- 3/8" screen installed.
- Primary grinder discharges into secondary grinder which is also a model 1218 having a 4-knife adjustable slant knife rotor, also driven by a 50 hp motor.
- 3/16" screen installed in this cutting chamber.
- Includes 5 hp Fluff conveying blower.
- Machine wired 440/3/60.
- Also includes model 14 cyclone separator.
- Rated at 600-800 lbs per hour.
