The line consists of the following components:
- 2002 Whitlock model WD850RTQ32A0374 Dehumidifying dryer with approx 3000 lt hopper
- 2002 Whitlock 3 component Gravimetric blender feeder each with hopper loaders, additional vacuum pumps for edge trim reclaim
- 2004, 115mm Cincinnati Akron extruder with plugged vent, barrier screw, 30D, air cooled, 300hp AC motor with ABB invertor drive, excellent control panel with PLC for control of extruder and gear pump
- 2004 Dynisco gear pump with reduction gearbox 25hp AC motor with invertor and controls in main panel
- 1120mm EDI H100 close approach sheet die ran 200-800micron (max die lip opening 2.5mm)
- 2002, 1120 x 300 x 500 x 500mm Sheet Polishing haul-off downstream series MEGA model 467MCO2048070, cantilever roll arm with large pneumatic rams, drive via silent chain and DC motor
- Cooling conveyor with edge trim bars, solution dip tank
- 1120 x 150 mm 2 roll haul-off with pneumatic rams
- Cumberland 3030 soundproofed edge trim granulator with powered nip rolls, cyclone with holding bin, vacuum loader as above back to Whitlock Gravimetric feeder
- Ashe auto winder with accumulator
- Has been running upto 100% PET flake from post industrial sources, typically ran blends 50/50 virgin reclaim at up to 500 kg/hr in the range 200-800 micron
